Financial Accountant | Manchester City Centre | Hybrid 2 days in the office | £55,000
I am delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, people centric organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant. This role will play a key part in delivering high quality financial reporting, robust governance and reliable statutory accounts for a large, complex organisation based in the heart of Manchester.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Maintaining accurate financial records and producing statutory financial statements
*Providing technical accounting guidance and ensuring compliance with current standards
*Supporting external audit activity and high-quality external reporting
*Working collaboratively across Finance teams and with external partners
*Accurate reporting and strong governance needed to support major investment
What You’ll Bring *Fully ACA/ ACCA Qualified
*Strong technical accounting skills and up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards
*Accuracy and attention to detail in preparing statements and working papers
*Experience of working with auditors or financial institutions
