Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 (including weekends), 45 hours per week?

About the Role
A family-run business with a proud history is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. This is a hands-on role where leadership, organisation, and energy are key. You’ll be leading a team of 20+ warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth operations and keeping everything running like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
*Managing absence, probation periods, and agency staff usage
*Working closely with the Operations Manager and senior management to improve performance
*Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
*Producing reports and ensuring processes are followed
*Driving improvements and best practice across the warehouse

*Strong background in warehouse operations with experience across multiple roles
*Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
