Job Description:
A tier one global investment bank is seeking a Corporate and Institutional Banking Strategy Analyst to join their London-based team to support the decision-making, and ability to drive high-impact projects that shape the future of the bank.
Your Role:
As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s strategic direction. From analysing complex data to delivering actionable recommendations, you’ll be at the heart of projects that drive innovation and value. Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting deep-dive research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends in financial services.
*Creating compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders that turn data into clear, impactful insights.
*Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment on project goals while building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
*Supporting end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives-from problem-solving to implementation planning.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for solving complex problems. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
*Proven experience in consulting (ideally within financial services) with hands-on involvement in strategic projects OR experience working in an Investment Bank as an Analyst
*Strong analytical skills to transform quantitative and qualitative data into meaningful insights.
*Exceptional communication skills-able to present ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
