Your Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
*Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
*Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service
*Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering
*Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
*Support and train junior kitchen staff when required
*Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience
About You
*Proven Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
*Background in high-end hospitality, premium catering, or contract catering preferred
*Confident with modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
*Excellent communication and teamworking skills
*High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
*Genuine passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
*Food Safety Level 2 required (higher qualifications desirable)
