This is an exciting role for a B2B events manager who has 2+ years of experience delivering conferences and events in the US.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Leading the planning and execution of multiple events from concept through to delivery
*Developing event floorplans and coordinating all venue logistics
*Ensuring health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and build scheduling
*Collaborate with the marketing team to promote your clients
*Managing external suppliers and contractors while delivering agreed commercial packages
*Overseeing onsite operations, resolving issues and ensuring smooth event delivery
About you:
*Proven experience delivering events from initial planning through to on-site execution
*Strong ability to negotiate and build effective relationships with suppliers
*Capable of managing several projects at once while maintaining attention to detail
*Knowledge of venue agreements, risk management and health & safety documentation
*Confident in budget oversight with strong financial awareness
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders
*Strong problem-solving ability and composure when working under pressure
*A minimum of 2+ years delivering conferences and events in the US (candidates without this may be considered for other opportunities)
