Business Development Manager - Recruitment Solutions Remote home based role covering the North West region£35-40k (DOE) £5k car allowance + commission on top (OTE uncapped)

What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own North West territory with autonomy and flexibility
*Visiting sites and networking with HR Managers or Operations Directors
*Building long-term client relationships where you’re seen as a trusted partner
*Driving your own pipeline and enjoying the buzz of new business wins


What we’re looking for:
*Experienced recruiter or sales professional with a background in the recruitment industry
*Someone frustrated with being tied to a desk who wants a more client-facing role
*Confident talking to business decision-makers and turning conversations into opportunities
*Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
*Based in the North West with the ability to get out on the road regularly
