What You Will Do:
*Operate Varian TrueBeam linacs with confidence and technical accuracy.
*Conduct online image review and image matching, ensuring precision and adherence to treatment plans.
*Provide supervisory support to Band 5 radiographers, offering mentorship and guidance.
*Maintain strict compliance with HCPC standards, upholding high-quality clinical and professional practice.
*Work collaboratively within the therapeutic radiography team to deliver safe, compassionate, and effective patient care.
You will bring at least one year of experience operating Varian TrueBeam linacs and proven experience in a senior capacity—such as an NHS Band 6 role—ensuring strong leadership and clinical capability within the department.
