Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our client’s successful dealership in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in automotive sales to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
*Overseeing the daily running of the sales department.
*Supporting the team with closing deals and maximising sales opportunities.
*Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve results.
*Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the sales process.
*Managing stock levels and vehicle display.
*Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.
*Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
*Full UK driving licence.
