You will join a collaborative and experienced commercial property team handling a broad range of high-quality matters. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with clients across a range of sectors. Typical work will include:-
*Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
*Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
*Property development and investment work
*Commercial property finance and secured lending
*Complex transactions
I am keen to speak to solicitors with:
*A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
*Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Are confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
*Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
*Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
The role will: *Pay a salary up to £65,000, negotiable depending on experience
