Account Administrator/Coordinator - Join Randstad In-house Services!
Are you a highly organised and customer-focused individual with a background in administration? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join an industry-leading global recruitment and workforce management company!
The Role: Account Administrator/Coordinator
Location: Peterborough (Onsite with our client)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract: Temp contract (initially)
What you will be doing:
*Providing dedicated administrative support to our team, client and temporary workers onsite
*Building solid customer and employee relations across the site
*Maintaining a high level of communication to optimise service level.
*Assisting with a variety of employment and administrative related issues
*Using various software packages including Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Google Mail, PowerPoint, and Excel
*Updating personnel records and spreadsheets
*Handling in-house office systems, calls, and directing queries
*Managing absence reporting
*Audit and compliant checks
*Involvement in new talent recruitment, including screening and interviewing
*Supporting Account Specialists, handling worker queries via portals and mailboxes
*Administrative tasks related to payroll and weekly uniform/PPE orders
What you will bring:
*Experience in administrative duties, ideally within an industrial sector
*Fantastic customer service and communication skills are essential
*Recruitment agency and payroll experience is desirable
