Leasing Associate - Build to Rent
We are looking for a Leasing associate to join a busy Build-to-Rent residential development in East London.
You will support the leasing team by managing tenancy applications, coordinating referencing and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for residents.
Responsibilities*Managing lettings enquiries and booking viewings
*Processing tenancy applications and referencing
*Preparing tenancy agreements and documentation
*Coordinating deposit registrations
*Maintaining accurate resident and applicant records
*Supporting the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets
Ideal background*Experience in lettings, estate agency or property administration.
*Strong organisational and customer service skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment
*Experience using property management systems (Yardi desirable)
