Job Description:
Job Title: Document Controller
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Stockport
Our client is looking for a detail-driven Document Controller to join their team. If you’re highly organised, confident with document management systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
?? Key Responsibilities:
*Managing, organising and maintaining project documentation
*Ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date and stored correctly
*Controlling the flow of information between teams and stakeholders
*Supporting compliance, audits, and version control
*Updating portals, logs and project records
*Providing admin support to project teams
? Ideal Experience:
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Experience with document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, EDMS, 4Projects, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.)
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
