Job Description:
Our client is seeking proactive, organised, and customer-focused Helpdesk Operatives to join their team. This role plays a key part in coordinating facilities management services and ensuring enquiries and service requests are handled efficiently across the site.
Pay & Shifts:
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

What we are looking for:
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
*Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
*High attention to detail and accuracy when handling requests and data
*Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
*Log and manage service requests accurately
*Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and facilities teams to schedule and progress work orders
*Prioritise urgent or high-risk issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
*Monitor outstanding work orders and ensure they are completed and closed correctly
*Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their requests
*Maintain accurate records
*Support the helpdesk team with general administrative duties as required
