Technical Business Analyst (Data)
6 Months Contract
Edinburgh (hybrid)

Our UK leading pension client are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Role Requirements
Industry Experience
*Strong background in Financial Services, ideally with experience in Asset Management (highly beneficial).
Regulatory Expertise
*Proven experience delivering work within a regulatory environment, including interpreting regulatory needs and ensuring compliance within technology or data solutions.
Business-Tech Translation
*Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
*Skilled in working closely with product owners, SMEs, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Agile Delivery
*Must have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum sprint teams, contributing to ceremonies and supporting iterative delivery.
Technical & Data Skills
*Highly technical and data-focused.
*Strong working knowledge of SQL (e.g., data analysis, querying, validation, reconciliation).
*Comfortable working with data models, pipelines, and translating data needs into actionable deliverables.
