Job Description:
Meeting Room Coordinator Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm, with flexibility required)
Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences? We’re seeking a Meeting Room Coordinator for our client who are a well respected Law firm to take ownership of their meeting spaces and onsite café, ensuring both operate to the highest possible standard.
About the RoleIn this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for coordinating boardrooms and managing the day-to-day operations of the Courtyard Café. You’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class service to clients, visitors, and colleagues, providing support across catering, events, and facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBoardroom Coordination
*Prepare and set up all boardrooms according to daily checklists.
*Ensure rooms are clean, tidy, fully equipped, and ready for meetings.
*Deliver refreshments and lunch services as required.
*Liaise with meeting attendees to ensure needs are met throughout the day.
*Clear and reset rooms promptly to maintain high presentation standards.
*Monitor and replenish stock levels across kitchens and meeting rooms.
*Log boardroom usage and report maintenance issues to Facilities.
*Support marketing events and provide reception cover when needed.
Courtyard Café
*Open and set up the café each morning, ensuring a welcoming environment.
*Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain product availability.
*Ensure the café remains clean, organised, and well-presented throughout the day.
*Service the coffee machine and liaise with contractors for maintenance.
*Manage deliveries, supplier relationships, and invoice processing.
*Maintain product and sales data via SumUp and the in-house till system.
*Serve hot and cold drinks to clients and visitors.
*Source and recommend new products to maintain value and variety.
About You*Experience in a similar role (12+ months preferred) - full training provided if needed.
*Catering experience essential.
*Experience in events, stock management, or reception work desirable.
*Professional, confident, and well presented.
*Highly organised, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly.
*Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
*Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to excellent service.
