Job Description:
They say time flies when you are having fun, well I tend to believe them as I cannot quite believe Mitchell Adam is fast approaching its 15th Birthday! We have come such a long way and thankfully, every year we have managed to move our business forward. However, our ambitions for growth and progression remain as focused as they always have been and we are again looking to take another big stride forward. We are seeing increased volumes of activity at all levels of the market and the trend looks set to continue for the foreseeable, we feel there is more than enough capacity to add some more Consultants to the business.
We have a proven track record in hiring and developing Recruitment Consultants, in fact our entire senior leadership team is made up of people who joined our businesses as trainees and who have worked their way up through the business. If you are looking to start a career in recruitment then we are well positioned to give you a genuine platform to develop.
Ideally you will be:
*An achievement lead character who is ambitious and wants to progress in a fast paced, ever changing business.
*Someone who enjoys interacting and communicating with a diverse range of people.
*A highly organised and reliable individual. In a performance-based role the ability to time manage and perform consistently is imperative.
*Open to learning with an ability to take on and consistently retain lots of information.
