Sonographer – Band 7, Gynae/Obstetrics Team
Location: Wrexham, UK
Salary: £60.00 Hourly
Contract: Locum, Ongoing (Full-time)
We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Sonographer to join a dynamic Gynae/Obstetrics team in Wrexham. This ongoing locum position offers the flexibility to shape your schedule while advancing your career in a supportive and professional environment.

What You Will Do
*Conduct and report specialised ultrasound examinations in gynaecology and obstetrics with precision.
*Uphold high standards of practice according to departmental guidelines, remaining accountable for all actions.
*Perform general abdominal, DVT, gynaecological, and other specialised scans.
*Experience in small parts or musculoskeletal (MSK) scanning is advantageous.
*Ensure patient care, comfort, and reassurance throughout the ultrasound process.
*Collaborate with the team to discuss findings and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
*PG Dip in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent from a CASE-accredited UK university.
*Exceptional candidates without obstetric experience but with strong expertise in general, gynaecological, testes, DVT, and groin examinations are encouraged to apply.
*Attendance for a face-to-face interview on-site is required.
