Job Description:
Role: Childcare Lecturer
Location: West Yorkshire
Working Pattern:2 days a week (Monday & Tuesday)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care
• Maintain high standards in planning, delivery, assessment and learner support
• Contribute to the wider curriculum team and quality processes
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach, assess and support apprentices within Childcare/Early Years
• Use your vocational expertise to guide learners to successful completion
• Complete progress reviews, workplace assessments and tracking
• Work collaboratively within the apprenticeships team
• Provide high-quality learner feedback and maintain accurate records

The college is specifically looking for candidates with:
• Strong vocational background in Childcare/Early Years
• Apprenticeship delivery or assessing experience
• Ability to work flexibly as part of the team
