What You’ll Do
*Process sales orders, send acknowledgements, manage stock bookings
*Deliver brilliant customer service & build strong relationships
*Log and close customer complaints/non-conformances
*Support field sales with CRM admin, meeting prep & follow-up
*Provide admin support across HR, IT coordination & finance tasks
Requirements
*Confident on the phone and great with customers
*Highly organised, positive, and solutions-focused
*Strong with Word, Excel, Outlook
*Works closely with the sales team to remove friction and boost productivity
Must-Haves
*2+ years customer service experience
*B2B experience
*A-Level calibre (or equivalent)
Nice-to-Haves
*Sales support experience
*Logistics/despatch knowledge
*ERP sales order processing experience
Benefits
*£30,000 - £33,000 Basic
*KPI Related bonus with a realistic OTE of £36,000
*40 hour working week 8am - 4:30pm
