Job Description:
Office & HR Administrator
Our signature client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Office and HR Administrator to join their dynamic support team in Bristol. This 9-month fixed term contract offers an excellent opportunity to support both office operations and HR functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact client delivery and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities*Creating client documentation during engagement and onboarding processes, including engagement letters and compliance procedures
*Ensuring efficient running and cleanliness of the Bristol office, coordinating facilities and supplier relationships
*Managing diaries, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements for team members
*Supporting HR administration including employee records, recruitment processes and onboarding coordination
*Administering team benefits such as private healthcare, wellness activities, and social events
*Liaising with other offices to support multi-site operations
*Providing occasional PA support to Directors and organising company events
What We’re Looking For*Experience in administrative support roles within fast-paced office environments
*Strong attention to detail with proven ability to produce accurate documents
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Professional services industry experience
*Proactive problem-solving approach with high levels of professionalism and discretion
Location & Working HoursBased in central Bristol, this Office and HR Administrator position requires five days per week in the office, with potential flexibility for home working days after successful completion of probation period.
This is a 9-month FTC.
