Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – London
A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor.
This long established London law firm was established over 150 years ago. It has expanded in recent times, moved to stunning offices and acquired another firm.

The role:
The firm is very busy with new instructions and there is now an opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the existing team.
Your role will include working very closely with the HOD on a mixed caseload of company commercial matters for SMEs. Typical duties will include drafting and negotiating various agreements, contracts, some IP and start-ups.
