Job Description:
Our client, a rapidly growing fintech company, is seeking an experienced People Partner to join their expanding People team.
This is a strategic partnering role, working closely with senior leaders, particularly across technology and product teams, to deliver high-quality operational and strategic people support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, enabling business growth, and ensuring people practices are scalable, compliant, and aligned with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with leaders and managers across engineering, product, and business teams to align people strategies with organisational and growth goals
*Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting decision-making around team structure, performance, engagement, and organisational development
*Lead complex employee relations matters, providing pragmatic, legally compliant, and coaching-led advice
*Develop and deliver strategic people plans including workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning
*Manage and develop a People Assistant while overseeing core people processes and ensuring operational excellence
*Lead key people initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and people analytics to inform business decisions
About You*An experienced HR generalist or People Partner with strong employee relations expertise
*Comfortable partnering with technical teams and leaders within fast-paced, scaling environments
*A credible and trusted advisor with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
*Commercially minded, able to balance business priorities with a strong people-first approach
*Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
*Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and passionate about building high-performing teams
