Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Shifts: Monday-Friday, nights 10pm-6am

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team as they launch a night-shift for the first time after continued success. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role is crucial for ensuring food safety and quality assurance across the business. You will play a key role in supporting documentation and quality control across production lines, contributing directly to the successful launch and ongoing production of Takis in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage identified corrective and preventative actions, ensuring root causes are identified, documented, and effectively closed out.
*Ensure that any deviations from specifications are agreed upon, documented, and reported through the correct channels.
*Conduct daily sampling and monitoring tests in line with established quality measures throughout the production process.
*Perform GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits, including preparation, conducting the audit, reporting key actions, and following up.
*Conduct Quality System Audits, including preparation, the audit itself, reporting key actions, and following up.
*Execute traceability exercises, ensuring all relevant documents are completed and presented.
*Fully understand and apply the site HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system.
*Ensure compliance with relevant BRC (British Retail Consortium) and customer standards.
*Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including preparation, investigation, reporting key actions, and communicating with the customer.
Desired Experience:
*Proven experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) Analyst within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is essential.
*Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC Standards, and food legislation.
*A strong customer service ethos, both internally and externally.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Ability to create and deliver accurate, detailed reports on your work.
