The Role
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload while delivering excellent service throughout the transaction process. You’ll be supported by specialist teams and efficient systems to help maintain strong completion times and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
*Managing a caseload of residential property files
*Handling freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build transactions
*Managing matters from instruction through to completion
*Maintaining high service standards while working to completion targets
*Collaborating with colleagues and supporting junior team members where required


What we are looking for
*Minimum 3 years’ experience handling a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
*Confident using case management systems and legal technology
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment
