Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager on behalf of our valued client.
This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a defined region, protecting customer loyalty, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
• Managing a portfolio of educational clients across Kent and the wider South East
• Acting as a key point of contact, building strong and sustainable stakeholder relationships
• Supporting the delivery of retention, contract security, and incremental growth
• Executing structured contact plans to monitor performance, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure seamless delivery
• Interpreting and acting on performance data to enhance customer satisfaction
• Supporting contract renewals, documentation, and negotiation preparation
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative regional team culture
About You:
• Experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Confident working with performance reports, customer data, and CRM systems
• Analytical, organised, and able to plan structured engagement activity
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to retention and growth
• Professional, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset
