Job Description:
PST Group is currently seeking experienced Complex Carers to join our dedicated team in Horsham and Crawley. As a Complex Carer, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and other care requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months UK care experience in complex care
Must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
