Job Description:
We are looking for caring and committed Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people in a residential setting.
You will play a vital role in helping young people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people
*Support daily routines including education, activities, and appointments
*Encourage independence and life skills development
*Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
*Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
*Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
*Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
*Experience working with children or young people (residential care preferred)
*Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
