About the role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Recruitment Administrator to join our People & Development team on an interim basis. In this key role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle and help us provide an excellent experience for candidates, hiring managers and colleagues across the business.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries, managing our recruitment inbox, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation and keeping processes running smoothly. From advertising roles to coordinating onboarding, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring efficient and professional recruitment operations that reflect our culture and values.
You’ll work closely with P&D Consultants and our Learning & Development team to support everything from interview logistics to new starter induction arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, producing routine recruitment data, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, information governance and other internal policies.

About you
You’ll bring strong administrative experience, ideally with exposure to recruitment or HR environments. You’re someone who stays calm under pressure, manages multiple priorities confidently and communicates with professionalism and warmth.
Essential skills & experience
*Previous experience in an administrative role, with proven discretion and confidentiality.
*Strong organisational and planning skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Experience coordinating schedules or events with multiple participants.
*Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
*A proactive, self-starting approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines.
*The ability to recognise when to escalate issues appropriately.
*A strong customer-service mindset.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Desirable experience
*Previous HR or recruitment administration experience.
*Experience supporting recruitment activities or working with candidate management processes.
