If you enjoy being the central point of support in a busy office environment, come and show us what you can do at Staffline.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to join the UK’s largest recruitment business as a Business Support Manager, based at our Head Office (NG2). In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and professional running of our Head Office environment while supporting a range of core business services.
You’ll act as a central point of coordination between employees, visitors, suppliers and senior leaders, delivering a high-quality workplace experience and ensuring our teams have the support they need to operate efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be highly organised, customer focused and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities—from facilities coordination and visitor management to travel arrangements and senior leadership support.
What you’ll do as a Business Support Manager
This role thrives on organisation and coordination. You’ll be ensuring our Head Office runs effectively while providing essential administrative and operational support across the business. It’s a varied role that will keep you busy and engaged. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
*Providing front-of-house support at Head Office, welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional experience
*Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating refreshments, travel, accommodation and parking arrangements
*Acting as a key point of contact between Staffline employees and external suppliers such as travel management and stationery providers
*Supporting employees with travel requests, including approval processes for out-of-policy bookings
*Ensuring the Head Office environment is tidy, presentable and well equipped
*Conducting building checks and reporting maintenance, safety or facilities issues to the relevant teams
*Managing incoming and outgoing post and distributing it to departments in a timely manner
*Overseeing shared inboxes and enquiries, ensuring requests are directed to the correct teams
*Supporting Senior Leadership with travel arrangements, meeting coordination and event logistics
*Assisting with the organisation of leadership meetings and company events
*Reconciling business support expenses and liaising with internal teams such as Finance, IT, Facilities and People
The skills you’ll develop as a Business Support Coordinator
At Staffline, we invest in developing our people. In this role you’ll strengthen skills in stakeholder coordination, office and facilities management, executive support and operational planning. You’ll also gain exposure to working with senior leaders and supporting large-scale business operations.
We actively encourage progression and personal development, with opportunities to grow your career within Staffline.
What we need from you…
By now, it should be clear that we want to support your development, reward your contribution and help you succeed in your role at Staffline. To be successful in this position, we’ll be looking for a few key things:

*Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Strong written and verbal communication with a professional and customer-focused approach
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
*Good judgement when applying policies and escalating issues where required
*Competence using Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Ideally, experience supporting leadership teams or coordinating events (though this is not essential)
Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering an excellent workplace experience.
