Purpose of the Job:
To provide safe, person-centred support to residents across several Leicester residential services, helping them with daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing.

*21 Victor Ave, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0GG
*Aylestone Lane, Wigston, LE18 1AR
*Deveron Way, Hinckley, LE10 0XD
*1 Carlton Drive, Wigston, LE18 1DE
*Pay: £12.65 per hour (day shifts)
*Wake Nights: £15.81 per hour
*Contract: Ad hoc / flexible shift work
*Driving Licence: Not required — but you must be able to travel to the services
Day-to-Day Tasks:
*Supporting residents with daily living tasks and personal care
*Promoting independence, choice, and a positive living environment
*Working as part of the staff team within each service
*Following support plans and recording relevant information
*Ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout every shift
*Adapting to different routines across multiple residential homes
Requirements:
*In-date physical Moving & Handling certificate (essential)
*Experience in care or support roles (desirable)
*Ability to travel independently to the listed locations
*Reliability, professionalism, and good communication skills
*Flexibility to cover various shifts, including wake nights
