What You’ll Do:
*Welcome Guests: Greet every guest with a friendly smile and warm welcome
*Manage Reservations: Handle bookings with precision and professionalism
*Provide Information: Share insights about our services and answer guest queries
*Ensure Comfort: Make sure the reception area is tidy and inviting
*Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
*Lead front-of-house operations during service
*Run the bar confidently and ensuring smooth, efficient service
*Delegate tasks and supervising staff across bar and floor
*Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
*Ensure communication flows effectively between kitchen, bar, and waiting teams
*Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented venue
