About the Role:
Based at Priestsic Primary, NG17 4EE, you will be working 30 hours per week, between 07:30 - 13:30. This is a very busy kitchen, producing approximately 300 meals per day, so we are looking for someone confident in leading operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing the day-to-day running of the school kitchen
*Preparing and serving meals to pupils and staff
*Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
*Ordering stock and managing supplies effectively
*Supervising and supporting kitchen staff
Who are we looking for?
*Previous experience in a similar kitchen or catering role
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Knowledge of food safety standards
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
