LB Design Recruitment is working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong focus on residential projects. Due to a steady pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their small, busy team.
This position would suit a solid mid-level technician who is confident producing detailed working drawing packages and has experience contributing at the planning stage. The successful candidate will be joining an active project environment and will be involved in the preparation of both planning drawings and detailed technical / construction drawing packages across a range of residential schemes.
The role requires someone with strong technical ability who can produce accurate, well-organised drawing packages and manage their work efficiently within project deadlines.
Key Requirements:
*Solid experience working in a similar role within a UK architectural practice
*Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD LT
*Proven experience producing detailed working drawing packages
*Experience preparing planning drawings
*Strong technical understanding and excellent attention to detail
*Residential project experience preferred
*Eligibility to work in the UK
