*Supervising and supporting kitchen staff
*Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen regulations
*Managing stock, ordering supplies, and minimising waste
*Adapting menus to meet dietary requirements and SEN-specific needs
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment
