Ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant People Partner to join our client’s team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a wide range of HR activity.

What you’ll do
*Be the go to contact for day to day HR queries
*Support the full employee lifecycle
*Coach managers on policies and procedures
*Lead on HR casework as directed
*Help streamline and improve HR processes
*Support staff wellbeing and workplace experience
*Work collaboratively across teams and sites
What you’ll bring
*Experience in an HR environment
*Confidence advising managers
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Great organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive, flexible and people focused approach
*A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
