We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Basildon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining sales, relationship management, and problem-solving to deliver the best talent solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
*Developing new business opportunities with companies across your specialist sector
*Building and managing long-term relationships with clients
*Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
*Negotiating offers and closing deals
*Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets

*Previous B2B sales experience (recruitment experience is not required)
