Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to register with us for full-time work across a trust of primary schools in the Chesterfield area. We are looking for confident and experienced Teaching Assistants who can bring a calm, professional demeanour to the classroom and support pupils across a range of primary key stages.
The Role*Full-time Teaching Assistant role across a trust of primary schools in Chesterfield
*Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
*Working with individuals and small groups of pupils to support learning and development
*Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Maintaining a calm and professional approach when supporting pupils with varying needs
Guaranteed Pay SchemeWe currently have spaces available on our Guaranteed Pay Scheme. To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
*Be an experienced Teaching Assistant
*Be available for full-time work
*Have access to your own transport in order to travel between schools within the trust
