Job Description:
The opportunity;
Our Global Technology Client is undergoing significant structural, cultural and systems change. We are looking for an Interim Head of People to partner directly with the UK Divisional Director, act as the Global HR connected with the International Teams and lead on transformational change, embedding new ways of working, stabilising change, and enabling high-performance across a truly global digital workforce.
This is an interim for 3 months initially with 2 days / week in central London.
???????What You’ll Lead;
*Strategic HR partnering for a global, digital-first business with high growth expectations.
*Transformation leadership during the go-live of the new Oracle ERP & HR system.
*Operational HR delivery, partnering on UK people related matters to successful resolution.
*Workforce planning & capability uplift across digital, tech and marketing teams.
*Culture and organisational development, supporting a values-led, fast-paced environment.
*Talent, structure and change activity as the business shifts to a more customer-centric model.
*Stakeholder influence at senior level, shaping decisions at pace and with clarity.
*Global collaboration, balancing standardisation and local needs across multiple countries.
What We’re Looking For;
*An experienced Head of People / Senior HRBP with a track record in digital, tech or modern high-growth environments.
*Someone who blends strategic thinking with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach.
*Skilled in navigating complex, matrixed global organisations.
*A confident partner to senior leadership, including C-suite.
*Calm under pressure, change-ready and always improvement-driven.
*Commercially astute, curious, data-informed and culturally aware.
*Experienced in HR systems transformations (ERP/HRIS) and global process alignment.
*Strong in UK employment law and people operations fundamentals.
