SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant
Location: Birmingham | Liverpool | Leamington Spa | Solihull
Working: Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Benefits


We are recruiting a dual-skilled SAP TM Consultant with strong SAP SD experience for a confidential global automotive client. This high-impact role sits within an S/4HANA Centre of Excellence covering both Transportation Management and Sales and Distribution.
Key Responsibilities
*Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA TM for transportation planning, execution, and freight management
*Design solutions for carrier selection, freight booking, route optimisation, and shipping execution
*Integrate SAP TM with SD, MM, LE, EWM, and external carrier systems via APIs and middleware
*Configure transportation lanes, zones, resources, freight agreements, and planning profiles
*Manage charge management, freight settlement, and cost distribution
*Configure SAP SD including order management, deliveries, billing, pricing procedures, and credit management
*Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
*Provide end-user training and process documentation
Essential Skills
*Hands-on SAP TM experience on S/4HANA — freight management, planning, and charge calculation
*Strong SAP SD implementation experience — orders, billing, pricing, and credit management
*Knowledge of TM integration with SD, EWM, and FI
*PI/CPI integration experience with external carrier systems
*Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
*Experience with S/4HANA Embedded TM in high-volume logistics environments
*Exposure to SAP GTS, Event Management, or Advanced ATP
*SAP Fiori and BTP integration knowledge
