SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant
Location: Birmingham | Liverpool | Wolverhampton | Solihull
Working: Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Benefits


We are recruiting an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant for a confidential global automotive client undergoing a major warehouse management transformation. You will join an established SAP Centre of Excellence responsible for implementing and optimising Extended Warehouse Management on S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
*Implement, configure, and optimise SAP EWM on S/4HANA for warehouse management processes
*Design solutions for inbound, outbound, internal movements, and inventory processes
*Integrate SAP EWM with SD, MM, PP, QM, LE, and external automation systems including RF, conveyors, ASRS, and AGVs
*Configure storage types, warehouse structure, work centres, resources, and packaging
*Set up putaway and picking strategies, slotting, replenishment, and wave management
*Configure RF processes, labour management, and warehouse order creation rules
*Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
*Provide end-user training and SOP documentation
Essential Skills
*Hands-on SAP EWM experience in implementation, rollout, or support
*Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
*Experience on SAP S/4HANA EWM — Embedded or Decentralised
*Ability to translate business requirements into SAP EWM configurations
*Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Desirable
*Exposure to Yard Management, Cross-Docking, and Slotting and Rearrangement
*Knowledge of Lean Warehousing and Continuous Improvement
*Automotive or complex manufacturing background
