Job Description:
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – CONTRACT
Rate: £300/day – Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid UK – travel to London, Manchester and Leicester as required
Start: ASAP – short notice preferred
Residency: UK National – minimum 5 years residency – MANDATORY
Clearance: BPSS – arranged by client
The Role
An experienced Agile Delivery Manager is required to join a major UK Government programme, accountable for end-to-end delivery of products and services, leading Agile teams and maintaining continuous momentum toward programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
*Accountable for delivery of products and services within an Agile programme
*Build, maintain and motivate high-performing delivery teams
*Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
*Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Lean practices
*Manage commercial and financial aspects of delivery
*Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Essential Skills
*Strong Agile and Lean delivery management experience
*Proven track record leading and coaching delivery teams
*Commercial and financial management capability
*Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
*UK National – minimum 5 years UK residency (mandatory)
