Job Description:
APPLICATION ARCHITECT – AWS CLOUD – CONTRACT
Rate: £300 to £350 /day – Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid – remote with day travel to client site
Start: ASAP – short notice preferred
Residency: Minimum 5 years UK residency – MANDATORY
Clearance: BPSS – arranged by client
The Role
A junior Application Architect is required to join a Security & Resilience portfolio programme for a UK Government client, focused on enhancing cyber defences, Identity & Access Management and adopting innovative technologies to counter evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide architecture and technical support across the Security & Resilience portfolio
*Contribute to IAM platform enhancements and cyber-security improvements
*Apply vulnerability and vulnerability management knowledge
*Support adoption of innovative technologies to counter evolving threats
*Collaborate with senior architects and programme stakeholders
Essential Skills
*Junior architect or experienced technical resource background
*AWS cloud experience
*Knowledge of vulnerabilities and vulnerability management
*Security and resilience background
*5 years UK residency (mandatory – Government client)
