Job Description:
A boutique design brand in Central London is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role for a highly organised, proactive EA who thrives in a creative, deadline-driven environment and has a genuine passion for fashion and design.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, managing complex schedules, coordinating high profile events, and supporting key projects across the business. This is a fully office based role, offering the chance to be at the heart of a fast moving, influential fashion.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide seamless EA support to the Senior Leadership Team
*Manage complex diaries, meeting schedules, and international travel arrangements
*Coordinate events, launches, show preparations, and internal team activities
*Support on cross-functional projects and assist with presentations, reports, and documentation
*Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
About You
*Minimum 3 years+ experience supporting senior leaders within a fashion, design, or creative industry
*Strong interest in fashion, design and trends.
*Organise events
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
*Confident managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
*Proactive, solutions focused, and able to anticipate needs
*Strong communication skills and a polished, professional approach
*Comfortable working fully office-based, 5 days per week
*Self starter with proven administrative support experience
