Job Description:
Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting a Scottish success story now operating on a global scale in their search for a permanent Payroll Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity paying a fantastic salary and offering hybrid working within a supportive environment.

The Role:
The Payroll Assistant will assist the finance manager with processing monthly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls end to end and manage the T/A system.
*Processing payroll end to end
*Manage payroll adjustments, overtimes, shift allowances and statutory deductions (e.g. PAYE, NI, student loan, pensions)
*Ensure compliance with payroll legislation UK and overseas
*Submit statutory filings such as RTI submissions and liaise with third party providers
*First point of contact for payroll-related queries from UK employees
*Inputting managing Time and attendance system (T&A)

*37k -£44k plus

*Strong end to end payroll processing experience
*Experience with Time & Attendance systems
