Job Description:
A dynamic design client in Central London is seeking a proactive Junior Office Assistant to support a busy team of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their administrative career, ideally with a secretarial qualification or relevant training, who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will work closely with and report into the Senior Team Assistant, gaining hands on experience and exposure to high level operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of Directors
*Assist the Senior Team Assistant with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
*Prepare documents, presentations, and basic correspondence
*Support office operations including supplies, post, and general organisation
*Help coordinate internal events, team activities, and client meetings
*Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for staff and visitors
*Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure smooth office workflows
About You
*Ideally hold a secretarial qualification or similar administrative training
*Confident, organised, and eager to learn
*Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
