Job Description:
My client is a hugely successful business which is experiencing a period of substantial growth due to the quality of services they provide for their clients. They have an opportunity for a detail orientated individual to join their team as a Purchase Order Administrator.
The working environment is fast paced and you will be supporting colleagues within the engineering divisions. If you have experience in administration or finance this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise and process purchase orders (POs) daily
Respond to email enquiries from suppliers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of transactions
Handle invoice queries
The successful candidate:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Desire to learn, grow, and develop within the role
Confident communicator with a professional approach to email and administration tasks
