Handyperson / Maintenance Technician
Location: West London
Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per annum
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Job Type: Full-time
Our client is seeking a reliable Handyperson to join their growing team covering West London. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop their skills within a supportive environment.
The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing washroom systems across commercial sites. Full training, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
Basic plumbing or drainage experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out installation, maintenance and repairs of washroom systems
*Perform basic plumbing and maintenance tasks
*Travel to client sites across West London
*Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues
*Operate hand and power tools safely
*Maintain accurate records of work completed
*Work with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time
*Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Practical or maintenance experience preferred
*Basic plumbing or drainage knowledge advantageous
*Reliable with strong attention to detail
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
