Job Description:
A global marketing agency is expanding its digital team and looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to support an exciting, large-scale project for a major international digital brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of agency experience who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and play a key role in delivering a multi-market campaign at scale.
About the Role
This is an initial 6-month contract aligned to a major multi-market digital loyalty campaign, with a strong chance of becoming permanent due to the agency’s ongoing growth and increased investment in digital.
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll act as one of the main points of contact for a portfolio of online-first clients. You’ll support the Digital Account Director and wider team to manage projects from concept to delivery—ensuring timelines stay on track, communication flows smoothly, and client relationships remain strong.

Key Responsibilities
*Support the planning and delivery of a high-profile, multi-market digital loyalty campaign
*Maintain excellent day-to-day client communication and relationship building
*Coordinate multiple workstreams to keep projects running smoothly
*Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery
*Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts
*Contribute to account performance and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
*Proven experience as a Digital Account Executive or Account Manager within a marketing or digital agency (a few years’ experience ideal)
*Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
*Excellent client service and communication skills
*Experience supporting or managing website development projects
*Strong organisational skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
Desirables:
*Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM tools
*Exposure to managing Google or Microsoft Ads
*Understanding of affiliate, display, programmatic, SEO and email marketing
*Confident using digital marketing tools and social media platforms
*Strong analytical mindset with a love of insight-driven decision making
