Senior Marketing Analyst (Experimentation)
Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £70,000 plus equity options and quarterly bonusA chance to join a growing, data-driven consumer marketplace where experimentation, journey analysis and optimisation genuinely shape business decisions. This role offers real impact as they scale their data capability and embed experimentation across marketing and product.The Company
They are a fast-growing, subscription-based consumer platform operating within a two-sided marketplace model. Their users rely on trusted interactions, and data plays a crucial role in powering acquisition, conversion and customer experience. They have recently invested in modernising their data environment and have built a central data function including engineering, analytics and data science. With new tooling and ambitious plans, they are expanding their Marketing Analytics team to support continued growth.The Role
As a Senior Marketing Analyst focused on Experimentation, you will play a key role in shaping how the business tests, learns and optimises. You will:* Analyse the full user journey to understand behaviour, friction points and conversion opportunities.
* Identify what is driving or hindering performance across the acquisition and onsite funnel.
* Design, run and analyse A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
* Build experimentation frameworks and contribute to scaling a more mature testing culture.
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.
* Provide insight into behavioural drivers and optimisation opportunities across channels and touchpoints.
* Contribute to wider marketing measurement, journey analytics and data foundations.Your Skills and Experience
You will be suited to this Senior Marketing Analyst role if you have:* Strong commercial experience using SQL to work with large data sets.
* Experience using tools such as Tableau or Looker, or similar BI platforms.
* A background in product analytics, marketing analytics or growth analytics.
* Hands-on experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests and experiments.
* Experience in environments such as marketplaces, start-ups or scale-ups.
* Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.What They Offer* £70,000 depending on experience.
