Senior HR Lead – Pay, Policy & Projects - Permanent position
Salary: £61,000–£65,000 per annum
Location: Wembley (Hybrid)
A great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the lead on key pay, policy and HR project work. You’ll drive forward strategic HR initiatives, shape a modern and compliant policy framework, and provide senior expertise across pay, reward, employee relations and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver major HR projects that improve HR services and workforce performance.
*Oversee pay governance, allowances, job evaluation and reward frameworks.
*Manage pay audits and translate findings into fair, compliant actions.
*Develop and update HR policies in consultation with unions.
*Provide expert guidance to HRBPs, Advisors and managers.
*Lead a small HR team and support organisation-wide people strategy.
About You
*CIPD Level 7
*Strong experience in strategic HR, ER, employment law and pay/reward.
*Skilled in job evaluation, pay data analysis and equal pay actions.
*Confident working with unions on complex matters.
*Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
